Cancellation policy

Orders placed through the webshop are always delivered. Orders cannot be canceled.

Customers can place orders for selected products via our online shop. They can then add these products to their 'shopping cart'. This does not yet constitute a binding order. An order only becomes binding when the customer clicks the 'Pay Now' button at the end of the ordering process on the order page. Before submitting their order, customers can view and amend the information at any time to identify and correct any input errors.
