Cooperative Chahd Al Argan
Established in 2016, the Chahd Al Argan agricultural cooperative owns the Argan-Beauty brand. It specialises in producing high-quality argan oil for use in cosmetics. Based 18 km from Essaouira (Mogador) in the Bouzama region of the Argan Forest, the cooperative is dedicated to enhancing the socio-economic conditions of women in the rural Bouzama community and promoting their involvement in sustainable development projects. Its main objective is to improve the socio-economic circumstances of women in the rural Bouzama community and encourage their participation in sustainable development initiatives. It ships to the EU and Switzerland from Alicante in Spain.

Today, the cooperative has 200 members who earn an additional income. The cooperative places great emphasis on quality, paying particular attention to the harvesting and selection of argan kernels. Using argan oil benefits both you and Amazigh women. By using argan beauty products, you can help to improve their social status and enable them to support their families. This will encourage them to work, allowing them to educate their children.
